Your balance and statement
Open Financial in your portal. Everything about your unit's money is here: what you owe today, every charge and payment, and your receipts.
What you owe
The top of your Account Statement shows two numbers:
- Total balance: what your unit owes right now.
- Available credit: money you paid ahead. It is applied to your next charges automatically; you do not have to do anything.
Your movements
Each row is a charge or a payment: its Period, Due date, Amount, what is Paid and the remaining Balance. The status tells you where each charge stands: Pending (not due yet), Overdue (past due), Partially paid or Paid.
Your monthly charge arrives by email, in your preferred language, the day it is issued.
Your receipts
Every payment has a receipt in Payment Receipts, with its receipt number, date, amount and payment method. Open one to see which charges it paid.
FAQ
How do I pay? Payments are handled by your association. When your payment is received, your property manager records it and your balance updates here, with the receipt.
Why did I get a late fee? A charge stayed unpaid past its due date. The late fee names the receipt number of the charge it comes from. Paying the charge stops new late fees.
I paid more than I owed. Where is my money? In Available credit. Your next charge consumes it automatically.
