Vote from your phone

When your community opens a vote, you can cast your ballot from the portal: no need to attend in person or mail anything. Your choice stays secret, always.

To vote electronically, your Electronic voting consent must be on file. It is a one-time step:

  • If you have not granted it, the vote screen tells you and offers Grant consent. You can grant it and vote right there, while the vote is open.
  • Without it you still count for the community's quorum, but your vote happens on paper, with your association, outside the portal.

You can withdraw your consent anytime; from then on you vote on paper again.

Cast your vote

  1. Open Votes. Open votes for your property appear with their closing date.
  2. Open the motion and read it. Your ballot shows your unit and, in assembly votes, your ownership weight.
  3. Pick your choice and tap Cast vote. You will see Your vote was recorded.

If your ballot allows changes, you will see Change vote while the vote is open. If it is final, ALPRO warns you before you cast: once cast it cannot be changed.

Your vote is secret

  • Your vote is sealed until the vote closes: only you can see your choice. Not your property manager, not the board, not even the administrator of the system.
  • After the vote closes, the published result shows totals only. Your own receipt stays in your ballot, visible only to you.

FAQ

I prefer paper. Can I still vote? Yes. Contact your association: the paper channel is run by the association, outside the portal. The team records only that your unit voted on paper, never what you voted.

Why does my neighbor's vote weigh more than mine? In owners' assemblies each unit votes with its ownership percentage, the weight set by your community's declaration. Board motions are different: one member, one vote.

Why can't my unit vote? If a unit is suspended for long-standing delinquency, the ballot says so and the unit cannot vote in that motion. Check your balance in Financial.
