What is ALPRO

A tour of the platform, the two sides of it, and where to find each module.

What is ALPRO

ALPRO is a property management platform for condominium communities. Your team runs the buildings from the web app: properties, residents, charges and payments, maintenance, amenities and board votes, all in one place. Owners and tenants have their own portal, designed for the phone, where they see their unit, their balance and their requests.

Board Members use the same team workspace, in read-only mode: they can review everything in their assigned properties but cannot change anything.

The main areas

The sidebar groups the team workspace into areas. What you see depends on your role; this is the full map.

  3. If you are a Super Admin setting up the team, read How access works.

FAQ

Do residents see the same screens as the team? No. Owners and tenants have their own portal with only their units, their balance, their requests and the community announcements.

Can I use ALPRO on my phone? The resident portal is designed for the phone. The team workspace is designed for the web browser on a computer.
