The Reports page
The three financial indicators on screen and the four downloadable reports, and which question each one answers.
The Reports page
Open Reports in the sidebar. The page has two halves: three indicators you read on screen, and four reports you download. Board Members see it all, read-only, which makes this the natural page for board meetings.
The three indicators
| Indicator | What it answers | Time frame |
|---|---|---|
| Income for the period | How much came in | The From and To range you pick |
| Overdue (today) | How much is past due right now | Today. The period filter does not apply |
| Accounts receivable (today) | Everything owed, overdue or not | Today. The period filter does not apply |
Income honors the period you select; the other two are a photo of this moment. If the range shows zero income, overdue and receivable still reflect today's status.
The four downloadable reports
| Report | The question it answers |
|---|---|
| Monthly income | What did we collect this month, and from where? |
| Delinquency | Who was behind, and by how much, at the end of a month? |
| Accounts receivable | Everything owed as of a date, overdue or not |
| Work orders | What maintenance happened this month and what did it cost? |
Common to all four
- Pick the Property, the period, and the Format: CSV, PDF or Excel.
- Downloaded files are always in English, whatever language the app is displayed in, so the association, its bank and its auditors always receive the same format.
- Amounts always carry two decimals.
- If the period has no data, the file downloads anyway with headers only, and the page warns you first.
FAQ
Why do Overdue and Accounts receivable ignore my date range? They are point-in-time balances: what is owed now. For a past cutoff, download the Delinquency or Accounts receivable report with the cutoff you need.
Can a Board Member download these? Yes. Reports are available to Board Members for their assigned properties, in the same formats.
